Vons was supposed to have Danimals Crunchers on sale 2 for $4.00 but they didn't have them. So, I brought the YoCrunch up to the register and asked if they would give them to me for $4.00, and they did! Also, after I checked out, I pulled aside to check my receipt like I always do, and found out I was charged $1.99/pound for the apples instead of $.88/pound. So, the cashier had to give me $1.36 refund. I like the receipt for the refund - it says I saved 225%! :)
At Ralphs, I spent $15.70 and saved 15.60, which is 50%. Here's what I bought:
