I wrote a post in November about the need to make some heart healthy changes in our life. At that time I was so overwhelmed by what needed to be done. I'm happy to say, we've implemented all the changes and things are looking good! My son's cholesterol is almost at a normal number. His triglycerides arent' though, and the doctor said some of that is just genetic and no matter how hard we try, we won't be able to get that number down. The dr. said to keep doing what we're doing because it's working! That's good to know that all my research and time making everything myself has a point! Every time I see a new healthy magazine or cookbook, I try it out, since I'm still looking for plenty of healthy recipes for us.
Does anyone have any good healthy recipes they'd like to share?
