The first thing my daughter said when she saw he Bible was that the cover of the Bible is beautiful. Last Sunday, when we were at church going over our Sunday School lesson before the kids arrived, I realized I forgot my Bible. I called my son to bring it with him to church. When he brought it, my daughter said we should've brought her's because the cover is prettier. I love hearing that because that means she's going to be excited to carry around her "pretty" Bible.
She also likes the "Women in the Bible" sections that highlight a woman in the Bible, say what her name means, gives the Scripture references for where she's mentioned in the Bible, and gives a summary about her life.
The "Growing in Faith Hope Love" section is another one she likes. It gives a more in-depth application discussion about verses in the Bible.
I also like that it has a topical index so if she has any issues going on in her life, or if she's having a discussion with her friends, she can look up the topic and find out where to go in the Bible for answers.
