As soon as I took the book out of the package, I had to go show it to my teen daughter because the cover is absolutely beautiful! The pictures are very crisp and colorful, and the shiny, purple letters are eye-catching. My 9 year old son and I enjoyed reading this as his bedtime story. It only took one night to read the book. He said, "When the grandma told the little girl the story of the robin and how it was about Easter, it was cool." I also enjoyed how the story of the robin's color was tied to the Easter story. Wanting to know the connection, kept us turning pages, excited about finding out the answer. This will definitely become one of the Easter stories we read every year.
