Well, I did pretty good! I posted on my blog 3 out of the 5 days last week. Not bad for the first week of school! For those of you that had kids start school last week, how did your plans go?
So, this week, I'll try again to post all 5 days. I also have lots of cooking and baking planned, I want to straighten up my closet, and get some paperwork completed.
This week's menu plan is:
Monday & Tuesday: Penne and smoked turkey sausage, peas with mushrooms
Wednesday & Thursday: Company slow cooker portk chops, brown rice, and cauliflower casserole
Friday & Saturday: Turkey skillet, broccoli with almonds
Luckily, I can still make 1 dinner last 2 night. That works out much better with our busy after school activities.
