Plans for the Week

Last week, the only post I did was the giveaway, because I wanted to make sure that's the first thing people saw when the entered the blog. I've heard that there's a way to keep a post on the top, but I don't know how to do it.

This week shouldn't be too bad. The only night we have something extra is Thursday. That's school activities, and I will talk more about that tomorrow.

Here's the menu plan for this week:

Monday & Tuesday - Chicken Parmesan, noodles, peas
Wednesday & Thursday - Ribs in the crockpot, rice, brussel sprouts
Friday - Mac. & Cheese bake

I will share the Chicken Parmesan recipe with you because it's fast and easy, and tastes great!

Oven-Baked Chicken Parmesan

6 small boneless skinless chicken breast halves
1 pkt. Shake n' Bake(I use great value) Chicken Coating Mix
2 cups spaghetti sauce
1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
1 tsp. dried oregano leaves

Heat oven to 400. Coat chicken with coating mix as directed on package; place in 13x9 inch pan.
Bake 20 min. or until chicken is done (165). Top with remaining ingredients; bake 5 min., or until mozzarella is melted.

6 servings.
